- Shipping follows once production is complete

To receive your frame in time for birthdays, Christmas, Father’s Day, or special events, we recommend ordering within the current production round.

Landscape image at 300 DPI. Recommended size: 66cm wide x 33.4cm high. Higher resolution will always produce the best result.

Yes — provided you submit one final combined image that meets the resolution guidelines.
Do I receive a mockup to approve?
Yes. You’ll preview your design before checkout and receive a copy by email after ordering. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Can I make changes after submitting?
If you need to update any details, contact us immediately. We can cancel the order so you can resubmit correctly before production begins.
I missed the cut-off — what happens?
No stress. Your order will automatically move into the next available production round and we’ll confirm your updated delivery timeframe.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes — Afterpay is available for this product.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes — shipping to New Zealand is available for $299 NZD including freight.
Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?
