as a holden fan i bought the holden chair some yrs back and have found it to be very comfy until earlier this yr when it started to not feel right under me and then started to lean fwd. so easter weekend 26 i pulled it apart to discover the lifter was broken not being good nor having the equipment to measure i reached out to the company via email to buy the lifter from them and if by chance they don't sell parts to point me somewhere who might have the exact replacement i received a reply on a public holiday think it was easter Sunday and the ball rolled from there they sent me the part which arrived today 20.4.26 but didn't even charge me for it! im a happy old man thanks to all concerned pics of the chair now repaired and of the chair being used on top of a kitchen chair so i could play my game while waiting for the part.
